Financial Times on Bitcoin

The Financial Times posts this short article on how the banks are embracing the blockchain.

  1. This article lays out some of the different ways banks are applying blockchain technology. Bitcoin protocol runs on a public ledger, but the finance industry need the peace of mind that comes along with having more privacy. So banks are using private blockchains (think closed universe) to ensure their clients’ safety while reaping the time-saving benefits the blockchain has to offer. Pretty cool!
